great location pleasant atmosphere no response unsatisfactory service
The location near the cruise port and the city center REALLY impressed me. The atrium eating area had a wonderfully pleasant atmosphere , and the bar restaurant also provided a nice experience.
I contacted the hotel a couple of times regarding a concern , but I HAVE received no response. A staff member insisted on immediate payment at my door after I was already in my night wear.

fresh pastries convenient location
The breakfast selection was wonderful. i especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and assortment of fruits, made my mornings Good. The hotel's location was convenient. it allowed easy access to various attractions and local amenities, something i very much needed.
the bathroom fixtures showed slight signs of wear but were fully functional.

Acceptable Location. Annoying Music
The location was convenient.
Loud music thumped through my room until midnight. The bass pounding from a function room below was unbearable. I couldn't even hear the TV.

comfortable seating helpful staff
the conference room was a decent size. it had comfortable seating. the staff seemed very helpful, answering all queries. parking was available, though i had to pay a small fee.
the steakhouse was not as excellent this time, and i have visited previously.

unreliable shower temperature missing fridge
The location was good close to town center.
The room lacked a fridge and I asked about it multiple times no one addressed this issue. The shower temperature was unreliable it alternated between freezing and scalding during my second day I think this is dangerous especially if children used it first.

Excellent Stay
ample parking espresso machine perfect air conditioning secure environment
The hotel has parking just outside reception , made arrival simple. The room was well stocked with tea instant coffee creamer and espresso pods. Air conditioning worked perfectly I was able to set my preferred temperature. I felt secure as a solo female traveler. This was important to me.
The restaurant food arrival was slightly delayed though I did receive a discount.

The pool area includes ample seating it has approximately twenty loungers. A dedicated shaded section is available offering respite from the sun. The fitness center features three treadmills and two stationary bikes for guest use.

Staff members were consistently helpful especially those working in Leo's. The front desk was responsive to my needs. They addressed any questions promptly and efficiently
